Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

At Bespoke Improvements, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made roller shutters and outdoor blinds. As many of our products are made-to-measure, our refund and return policy reflects the customised nature of our goods while complying with Australian Consumer Law.
 

1. Change of Mind

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once manufacturing has commenced.
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins, and may incur an administrative fee.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

Is faulty or defective
Is not fit for its intended purpose
Does not match the description or agreed specifications

If a major failure occurs, you are entitled to:

A replacement, or
A refund

If the issue is minor, we will:

Repair or replace the product within a reasonable time

3. Installation Issues

If installation has been carried out by our team:

We will rectify any installation faults at no cost to you.
Claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after installation.

4. Warranty Claims
All products come with applicable manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
We will coordinate repairs or replacements in line with warranty terms.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund or make a claim:

Where applicable, provide photos or allow inspection

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Finance Purchases

For purchases made through a finance provider:

Refunds (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with both this policy and the finance provider’s terms.
Approved refunds may be paid directly to the finance provider to reduce the outstanding balance.
